National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 E+W+S

7.—(1) Amend the National Savings Bank Regulations 1972 M1 as follows.

(2) In regulation 29L(2)(c), after “married to” insert “ , or a civil partner of, ”.

(3) In regulation 35—

(a) in paragraph (1)(c), after “marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(b) in paragraph (3)—

(i) after “by the marriage” insert “ or formation of a civil partnership by, ”; and

(ii) after “before the marriage” insert “ or civil partnership ”.

(4) In regulation 41(1)(c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
