1. In regulation 21(1) of the Community Legal Service (Costs) Regulations 2000 M1, in the definition of “family proceedings”, at the end of sub-paragraph (g), omit “and” and after sub-paragraph (h), insert—
“; and
(i)the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
