Article 2(1)

SCHEDULE 13 E+W+S Plant health movement document

PART A E+W+S

1.  The plant health movement document required under article 16(2)(a) shall be in the form set out in Part B. E+W+S

2.  The information contained in the notice in paragraph (1) shall be given in at least one of the official languages of the [F1 European Union] and— E+W+S

(a) shall completed be in typescript or written in block capitals; or

(b) in agreement with [F2 the appropriate authority] and the official body of destination or entry shall be completed by electronic means.
