SCHEDULE 6TRANSITIONAL PROVISION

The provisions of these Regulations shall not apply until 30th April 2011 to herbal medicinal products which were on the market in the United Kingdom on 30th April 2004 without a marketing authorization by virtue of section 12(2) of the Act.
