This Order brings into force provisions of the Energy Act 2004 as follows:the provisions in Schedule 1 come into force on 1st March 2005,the provisions in Schedule 2 come into force on 31st March 2005 andthe provisions in Schedule 3 come into force on 1st September 2005.
