The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(11)(b) and 67(2) and (3)(a) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1), makes the following Order:

1995 c. 50. Section 67(3) was amended by paragraphs 1 and 33(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (c. 13).
