Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876

1.  The Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876(1) is amended as follows.

1876 c. 59. Section 25 was amended by Schedule 1 to the Statute Law Revision Act 1894 (c. 56), Schedule 2 to the Administration of Justice Act 1965 (c. 2), Schedule 5 the Justices of the Peace Act 1968 (c. 69) and by Schedule 5 the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (c. 23).
