SCHEDULE 3 Supplementary provision

Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

In section 146(8) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1), after “functions” in both places where it occurs insert “, or the person to be appointed is to exercise functions,”.
