20.—(1) Section 21(1) M1 (jurisdiction of Appeal Tribunal) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. E+W+S

(2) At the end of paragraph (q), omit “or”.

(3) After paragraph (r) insert—

“or

(s) the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.”.
