20. For paragraph 22 of Schedule 2 substitute—
“22. Any rule, practice, action or decision where any age related benefit or death benefit is only payable from a scheme where a member is entitled to short service benefit under section 71 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (basic principles as to short service benefit)(1).”.
