Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 86(2)(a)(i) and (ii) and 200(2)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Pensions Act 20041.
In accordance with sections 86(2) and 200(2) of that Act, he has consulted with the Pensions Regulator and the Board of the Pension Protection Fund.
