136.—(1) Section 17 (working collaboratively with other ombudsmen) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (8) for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
(3) In subsection (9)—
(a)for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers” and
(b)for “it thinks” substitute “they think”.
