SCHEDULE 1 MODIFICATIONS OF ENACTMENTS

Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Act 2006

138.—(1) Section 20 (complaints procedure in respect of the Commissioner) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (4)—

(a) for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers” and

(b) for “its” substitute “their”.

(3) In subsection (5) for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.
