SCHEDULE 1 MODIFICATIONS OF ENACTMENTS

Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006

144.  In section 1(6) (power to remove or reduce burdens: meaning of “legislation”)—

(a) in paragraph (a) leave out “or”;

(b) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a Measure or Act of the Assembly, or”;

(c) in paragraph (b) for “under an Act referred to in paragraph (a),” substitute—

“under—

(a) an Act referred to in paragraph (a), or

(b) a Measure or Act of the Assembly,”.
