3.—(1) Section 10A (offices and posts to which section 10B applies)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(b) for “National Assembly for Wales” substitute “Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales, the Counsel General to the Welsh Assembly Government”.
(3) In subsection (3), after paragraph (g) insert—
“(ga)a member of the Welsh Assembly Government,”.
