SCHEDULE 1 MODIFICATIONS OF ENACTMENTS

Disability Discrimination Act 1995

52.—(1) Section 28E (accessibility strategies and plans: procedure)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (3)(b) for “National Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.

(3) In subsection (6)—

(a) for “National Assembly asks” substitute “Welsh Ministers ask”;

(b) for “it” substitute “them”(2).
