Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000

92.  In section 6A(5)(d) (attendance of representatives of Commission at election etc)(1) for “section 8 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 (vacancies in constituency seats)” substitute “section 10 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (constituency vacancies)” .

Section 6A was inserted into the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 by section 29 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006.
