94. In section 9A(6)(d)(setting of performance standards)(1), for “section 8 of the Government of Wales Act 1998(vacancies in constituency seats)” substitute “section 10 of the Government of Wales Act 2006(constituency vacancies)”.
Section 9A was inserted into the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 by section 67 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006.
