In regulation 2(b) (circumstances in which mental incapacity justification does not apply) of the Disability Discrimination (Premises) Regulations 2006 (1), for the words “functions conferred by or under Part 7 of the Mental Health Act 1983”, substitute “being a deputy appointed by the Court of Protection”.
