Amendment of the Controlled Drugs (Supervision of Management and Use) Regulations 2006 U.K.

106.  In the Controlled Drugs (Supervision of Management and Use) Regulations 2006 M1 , in regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), for the definition of “registered pharmacist” substitute—

““registered pharmacist” means a person registered in Part 1 or 3 of the Register of Pharmacists maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007 M2 ;”.
