Amendment of section 36 U.K.

120.  In section 36 M1 (visiting EEA practitioners)—

(a) in the side-note, and in the italic heading preceding the section, for “Visiting EEA practitioners” substitute “ Visiting dentists from relevant European States ”;

(b) for “EEA” substitute “ relevant European ”; and

(c) omit “without being registered under this Act”.
