Amendment of section 40 U.K.

21.  In section 40 M1 (appeals)—

(a) in subsection (1), omit paragraph (c) and the word “or” preceding that paragraph;

(b) in subsection (4), omit “or 45(7)”; and

(c) in subsection (5)(c), omit “(including one appealing against a decision falling within subsection (1)(c) above)”.
