94.  In article 43 (appeals to the Registration Appeals Committee), in paragraph (1)(b)—

(a) for “article 18(1)” substitute “ article 18(3)(a) ”; and

(b) after “18(3)(a)” insert “ or 28A(3)(a) ”.
