44.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraphs 13, 23 and 24.
(3) At the end of the Schedule add—
“28. The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007.”.
