8.—(1) Regulation 28 is amended as follows.
(2) The existing text of regulation 28 becomes paragraph (1).
(3) After paragraph (1) insert–
“(2) This regulation does not apply to an application for registration which is accompanied by an application for an anonymous entry.”.
