This Order may be cited as the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007.

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Education and Inspections Act 2006,

  • “EA 1996” means the Education Act 19962,

  • “SSFA 1998” means the School Standards and Framework Act 19983.
