Amendment of regulation 12 of the principal Regulations6
Regulation 12 of the principal Regulations (requirements to be met by receiving schemes, annuities and arrangements)15 is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph (2)(a), for “a policy of insurance” substitute “an insurance policy”; and
b
in paragraph (5)(c), for “or” substitute “,”.
