Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

In accordance with section 63(1) of the Electoral Administration Act 20061 (“the EA Act”), the Electoral Commission has been consulted prior to the making of this Order.

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament under section 63(6) of the EA Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 63(1) and (3)(a), (b), (c) and (e) of the EA Act2, makes the following Order:
