150.  In regulation 2 (service of notices or documents)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) omit—

(i) “the clerk to an appeal tribunal,”; and

(ii) “the clerk to the appeal tribunal,”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “the clerk to an appeal tribunal,”.
