89. For regulation 24(3) of the Education (Registered Inspectors of Schools Appeal Tribunal and Registered Nursery Education Inspectors Appeal Tribunal) (Procedure) Regulations 1999(1) (hearings to be in public: exceptions) substitute—
“(3) A person may, with the leave of the Tribunal and the consent of the parties present, attend the hearing of an appeal notwithstanding that it is in private.”.
