3. The following provisions of the Police and Justice Act 2006 shall come into force on 14 November 2008—
(a)section 52 in so far as it relates to the provisions in sub-paragraph (b); and
(b)paragraphs 50 and 51 of Schedule 14 (minor and consequential amendments).
