169.  In section 80 (Parliamentary control of regulations)(1)—

(a) in subsection (1)(a) omit “7, ”;

(b) in subsection (1)(b)—

(i) omit “paragraph 12 of Schedule 1,”; and

(ii) omit “or paragraph 2 of Schedule 5”; and

(c) omit subsections (3) and (4).
