In Schedule 1: Paragraph 1 was amended by article 2(1) of, and the Schedule to, the Transfer of Functions (Lord Advocate and Secretary of State) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/678) and paragraphs 271 and 273 of Schedule 4 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4); paragraph 8 was amended by paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the National Assembly of Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/253); and ministerial functions in respect of Scotland were further transferred by article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1750).
