179. The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1) is amended as follows.
1999 c.33. Subsection (2A) was inserted into section 103 (as it had effect before the commencement of section 53 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002) by section 10 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (c.19). Section 103A is substituted, from a date to be appointed, by section 53 of the 2002 Act.
