226.  In section 50 (appeal to appeal tribunal)—

(a) in the heading for “appeal tribunal” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”;

(b) in subsection (2) for the words from “an appeal tribunal” to the end substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”; and

(c) omit subsection (4)(b).
