in subsection (1) for “Tribunal”, in both places, substitute “appropriate tribunal”; and
b
in subsection (2)—
i
for “Tribunal”, in each place, substitute “appropriate tribunal”; and
ii
for “Tribunal’s” substitute “appropriate tribunal’s”.
