In section 122 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (circumstances in which a company may be wound up by the court), in subsection (1)(b) (public company not issued with certificate as to compliance with minimum share capital requirement) for the words from “a certificate” to “requirements)” substitute “ a trading certificate under section 761 of the Companies Act 2006 (requirement as to minimum share capital) ”.
