92.—(1) In Schedule 15D to the Companies Act 1985 M1 (exceptions from prohibition of disclosure of information obtained in course of company investigation), in paragraph 1, for “section 245C” substitute “ section 457 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.U.K.
(2) The amendment made by this paragraph has effect in relation to disclosures for the purpose of enabling or assisting a person to exercise functions in relation to accounts for financial years beginning on or after 6th April 2008.
