Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 197414
No amendment by AFA 2006 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 M1—
a
causes a conviction which, immediately before the amendment came into force, was spent (within the meaning of that Act) to cease to be spent; or
b
has the effect of increasing the rehabilitation period (within the meaning of that Act) in respect of a conviction which occurred before commencement.
