In each of the following provisions of Schedule 6 to the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008125 (application of notification requirements to service offences), the reference to imprisonment includes detention in a young offender institution—
a
paragraph 5(1)(a)(ii);
b
paragraph 7(2)(b) and (3).
