Application of Schedule 11E+W
2. Paragraphs 1(1) and 2 of Schedule 11 (provisions relating to statutory undertakers, etc.) shall not apply in relation to a specified undertaker and paragraphs 1(3) and 1(4) of that Schedule shall have effect as if they referred to apparatus removed under this Schedule.E+W
