SCHEDULE 1 U.K. CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

108.  In Part 3 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (administration), in paragraph 1(1A) of Schedule B1 M1 (meaning of “company”), for paragraph (a) substitute— U.K.

“(a) a company registered under the Companies Act 2006 in Northern Ireland,”.
