SCHEDULE 1 U.K. CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Stock Transfer Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 (c. 24 (N.I.)) U.K.

11.—(1) Section 1(4) of the Stock Transfer Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 (simplified transfer of securities) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (a) M1 for “within the meaning of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ as defined in section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006 ”.

(3) In paragraph (b) for “within the meaning of the said Act” substitute “ as so defined ”.
