In section 115B(9)175 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (civil penalties: interpretation)—
a
in paragraph (a) of the definition of “director”, for “within the meaning of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “as defined in section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006”;
b
in the definition of “subsidiary” for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006”.
