13.  In section 25(2)(1) of the Business Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 (groups of companies: meaning of “subsidiary”), for “Article 4 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006”.
