Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1967 (c. 48)

16.  In section 3(2)(c)(1) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1967 (application to registered societies of provisions relating to floating charges), for “Chapter II of Part XII of the Act of 1985” substitute “Chapter 2 of Part 25 of the Companies Act 2006”.
