169. In section 91(7)(b) M1 of the Police Act 1997 (circumstances in which Commissioner may be removed from office), for “Part II of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989” substitute “ the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 ”.
