SCHEDULE 1 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Partnership Act 1890 (c. 39)

2.  In section 1(2) of the Partnership Act 1890 (definition of partnership: excluded companies and associations), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) registered under the Companies Act 2006, or”.
