20.  In section 23A(2) M1 of the Transport Act 1968 (interpretation of provisions relating to railways: meaning of “wholly-owned subsidiary”), for “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
