In section 3(8) M1 of the Land Charges Act 1972 (registration of land charges: enactments under which company charges registered), for “and sections 395 to 398 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ , sections 395 to 398 of the Companies Act 1985 and Part 25 of the Companies Act 2006 and regulations made under section 1052 of that Act ”.
